Falling Film Evaporator

1. The product adopts a patented tooth-shaped high-efficiency enhanced falling film-type dedicated evaporation tube. The film-type evaporation improves the heat transfer efficiency by more than 5% compared with the full liquid nuclear evaporation.

 

2. Less refrigerant charge, the same cooling capacity saves 20% ~ 30% of refrigerant compared with full liquid unit;

 

3. Patented multi-cavity distribution technology to ensure even distribution of refrigerant liquid, eliminate dry pipes, and make full use of heat exchange area;

 

4. The pipes are arranged reasonably, and there are airflow channels between the tubes to reduce the resistance of airflow rising;

 

5. High concentration oil return at the bottom, safer and more reliable than oil return of full liquid evaporator;

 

6. The liquid level controller installation interface is configured on the housing, which is convenient to install;

 

7. Wide application, suitable for various working conditions such as air conditioner, water / geothermal heat pump.
