Features
1. material :copper , aluminum ,galvanized plate
2. aluminum foil: hydrophilic or bare
3. fin type: louver fin or flat fin or corrugated fin
4. copper pipe: diameter 7mm or 8mm or 9.52mm ,grooved or smooth tube
5. pitch of fins can be adjusted between 1.8—5.8mm.
6. pitch of holes and pitch of rows : 25*21.65MM and 12.7*19.05MM
7. suitable for R134A, R22, R404A, R407C refrigerant and so on
8. voltage: 220V/1/50HZ and 380V/3/50HZ or other type.
9. different alternative condensing fans available: shaded pole or outer rotor fan motor.
10.did gas examination under 3.0Mpa air pressure to ensure the tightness.

1 , as an evaporator
Currently microchannel heat exchanger for cooling only air conditioner condenser only . Microchannel heat exchanger is used as a heat pump evaporators , primarily due to the fin surface condensate troubleshoot problems [ 6 ] . Conventional microchannel heat exchanger, due to the flat tube is horizontal , the condensate is not easy to successfully excluded. If the improved design , the flat tube in the horizontal direction at an angle α, so that dew condensation may be downstream along the flat tubes and the fins by gravity , so as to solve the problem of condensate exclusion .
2 , the air -side flow resistance
For micro- channel heat exchanger , the air flow resistance mainly from flat tubes and fins. For the side of the wind models, horizontal direction of air flow through the flat tubes and fins. If structural design, this time, the air can smoothly flow through flat tubes and fins , the flow resistance is small , will help improve the air flow flowing through the microchannel heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of enhancing heat transfer , air flow direction and flat tubes and the fins at an angle α, the flow resistance is large , is not conducive to improve air flow rate past the micro- channel heat exchanger is not conducive to the improvement of heat exchange .
For the top of the wind models , if the structural design, this time, the air flow direction and the flat tubes and fins at an angle α, the large flow resistance , do not help to improve the air flow flowing through the microchannel heat exchanger , is not conducive to change improved heat . Air can smoothly flow through flat tubes and fins , small flow resistance , help to improve air flow flowing through the microchannel heat exchanger , heat transfer enhancement to achieve the purpose .
