1. Applicable to all types of high and low temperature cold storage, cooling room, freezing room, and long range of air supply.
 
2. Integral hot-dip zinc evaporator
Adopt O.D. 22 seamless steel tube with large diameter steel fins. After forming, the whole hot dip zinc in the high temperature pure zinc tank, the steel tube and the fins are integrated, the heat transfer effect is good, at the same time, it is not easy to corrode, the use is safer and more reliable, the life Longer.
Air tightness test: multiple 25kgf / cm2 pressure test, and after 24 hours pressure test.
Using large steel fins, it is not easy to frost, the defrost is cleaner, faster and more thorough.
Using large steel fins and integral hot-dip zinc processing technology, the heat transfer coefficient is greatly improved, and the cooling output is increased by 30% compared with ordinary coolers.
Fin spacing: 8mm, 12mm, 15mm, 15mm and 12mm combination.
Defrosting method: hot fluorinated cream, water flushing cream.
 
3. Axial fan
Low energy consumption, low noise and energy saving axial fan, aluminum fan blade.
Supporting cold storage special low-temperature enclosed three-proof motor (IP55). Equipped with imported bearings and filled with low-temperature grease.
A belt type electric heating belt can be added outside the fan outlet guide ring.
Optional imported external rotor axial fan
 
4. Unit shell
The standard configuration is milky white plastic sprayed plate, but also hot-dip galvanized plate or stainless steel plate.
When defrosting with hot ammonia, the water tray is provided with a heat insulation interlayer, and the hot ammonia heating tube group is pre-buried, so the defrosting is clean, fast and thorough
When the water is frosting, install the wind deflector on the air inlet to prevent the water from splashing during frosting.
 
5. The imported CNC equipment and molds are used to complete the punching, dehorning and shell forming of the product.
 
6. Coolers of different shapes and structures can be customized according to customer requirements (such as cooling area, range, noise, etc.) and size. A single unit can be made to 1500m2.
